AimShort policy

Terms of service

Effective July 16, 2026

By creating an account or using AimShort, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use AimShort for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

The service

AimShort provides short links, editable destinations, custom-domain routing, QR assets, and click analytics. The service is currently offered without charge for reasonable campaign use and may change, introduce paid plans, or apply limits with reasonable notice where practical.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account, destinations, domains, campaigns, and use of generated links. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit and domains you connect. You retain ownership of your content and give AimShort permission to host, process, and route it only as needed to operate and secure the service.

Availability and changes

AimShort is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any link or domain, or preservation of every analytics event. Features, limits, and URLs may change as the service develops.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or remove links, domains, or accounts that violate these terms, create security or legal risk, harm the shared domain, or materially disrupt the service. Owners of isolated workspaces may stop using AimShort and permanently delete their account from the dashboard. Platform-workspace users can request operator-assisted deletion through support.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AimShort is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid AimShort in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms. Contact support@aimshort.com with questions.
